• Store info – your store name and product catalog (so your bot knows what to sell).
• Order details – what your customers buy, how they pay, and the order ID.
• Technical bits – IP address, browser type, device info (just to make sure everything runs smoothly).

We never store sensitive payment details like Telebirr PINs or bank account numbers – that stays with you and your customers.

2. How We Use Your Info

• Set up and manage your store account.
• Process orders and help you support your customers.
• Send you important updates (like order confirmations, service changes).
• Improve our service, spot trends, and prevent fraud.
• Comply with legal obligations – because we play by the rules.

3. Marketing Messages (Only If You Want Them)

With your okay, we'll send you Telegram messages about new features, special offers, or cool updates. You can say "stop" anytime – just reply STOP to any message or ping our support.

4. Cookies? Just for a Better Experience

We use cookies to remember your preferences and make our site faster. You can turn them off in your browser, but some parts might not work as nicely.

5. Where We Keep Your Data

Welcome to Arada Suk! We're building a friendly space for Ethiopian sellers on Telegram. By using our service, you agree to these simple rules. If something doesn't feel right, just reach out – we're happy to chat.

1. What We Mean

• "We", "us", "our" – the Arada Suk team.
• "Service" – our platform that turns your Telegram bot into a shop.
• "You" – the awesome seller using our service.
• "Store" – your Telegram bot connected to us.

2. Who Can Join

You need to be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. By signing up, you're telling us you meet that.

3. Your Account, Your Responsibility

Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect someone else is using it, tell us immediately.

4. Payments – One Time, Lifetime

Our service is a one‑time fee for lifetime access (unless we say otherwise). We accept Telebirr and bank transfer. Once we confirm your payment, we'll activate your store. Prices may change, but we'll let you know beforehand.

5. Your Role as a Seller

You're the boss of your store. That means:

• Your product listings, prices, and descriptions are your responsibility.
• You handle orders and customer support.
• You pay any taxes due on your sales.
• You must have the right to sell what you list.

6. What You Can't Sell

Please don't use our service for anything that's not cool. This includes:

• Illegal stuff (drugs, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeits).
• Prescription meds without a license.
• Adult content, porn, escort services, or anything sexual.
• Anything related to same‑sex relationships or activities.
• Sex toys or sexual enhancement products.
• Sports betting, gambling, or lottery.
• Items that offend any region, nation, religion, or community.
• Anything considered immoral or against Ethiopian tradition.
• Financial products like forex, crypto, or pyramid schemes.
• Contraband, endangered species, or IP infringements.
• Hate speech, violence, or discrimination.

If we find any of this, we'll remove your store and may terminate your account without refund.

7. Playing by the Law

You agree to follow all local and international laws. If authorities need info, we'll cooperate as required.

8. Your Content, Your Rights

You own your product listings and store content. We just need a license to host and display it so your bot works. That license ends when you close your account.

9. Keep Your Bot Token Secret

Your Telegram bot token is like a key to your store. Guard it. If it gets out, we're not responsible for any misuse.

10. Don't Abuse the Platform

Don't use our service for illegal activities, hacking, scraping data, or disrupting others. We'll suspend or ban accounts that do.

11. Taxes Are on You

We don't collect taxes for you. You're responsible for figuring out and paying any taxes on your sales.

12. Service Uptime & Changes

We aim to keep your shop running 24/7, but sometimes we need to do maintenance or fix things. We'll try to give you a heads‑up. We may also change features over time – we'll let you know before any big changes.

13. When Things Are Out of Our Control

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control – like natural disasters, war, government actions, or internet outages.

14. Who Owns What

Our website, code, and designs belong to Arada Suk. Don't copy them without asking. Your store content is yours, as we said.

15. Ending Your Account

You can close your account anytime by contacting us. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you break the rules. After termination, we'll keep data only as required by law.

16. No Warranty, Limited Liability

We provide the service "as is" – we don't guarantee it's perfect or error‑free. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us.

17. You Protect Us

If you get us into trouble (like a lawsuit because of something you did), you agree to cover our legal costs and any damages.

18. Which Law Applies

Ethiopian law governs these rules. If there's a dispute, we'll try to sort it out informally first. If not, we'll go to the courts in Addis Ababa.

19. If a Rule Isn't Enforceable

If a court says one part of these rules can't be enforced, the rest still stand. And if we don't enforce a rule right away, it doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.

20. This Is the Whole Agreement

These rules replace any earlier agreements between us.

21. We May Update These Rules
